In practical application, vibrating screens often get stuck in the mesh due to the irregular shape of the screened materials, resulting in screen blockage. A large area of blockage on the screen surface can seriously reduce the screening efficiency of the vibrating screen.

Considering of customer needs, our company has equipped some customized vibrating screens with new auto cleaning mesh. For larger mesh sizes, we use rhomboid anti-blocking holes; For smaller particle sizes (below 10mm), we use triangle anti-blocking holes.

The vibrating screen equipped with auto cleaning mesh improves the screening efficiency of the vibrating screen by more than 15%, and also reduces the hassle of customers frequently cleaning the mesh surface in the past.
